What is your fee for a full report?
Our fee is $800.00 for an original copy of the Malmquist Formula Report for one property. Each additional property is $225.00.
Do you offer a shortened version of the report?
Yes. You have the option of obtaining a condensed version of our full report for $500.00.
What is your turnaround time?
Generally we can complete a comprehensive Malmquist Formula report within a week. Expedited service is available for a charge of $500.00.
Do you offer additional services like electronic filing?
Yes we do. We understand that sometimes attorneys are on a time crunch and some matters cannot be attended to until the last minute. For convenience, we can e-file the Malmquist Formula report into Odyssey, the court's e-filing system, for a $25.00 fee.
What payments do you accept?
You will receive an electronic invoice sent directly to your email containing a link to pay by credit or debit card. Payment by mail is also acceptable but work will not commence until payment is confirmed. We are also able to take payment directly from clients.

You will receive an email containing an engagement letter and requesting demographic information. You will also receive a quote with a link to make payment. Work will commence after payment is confirmed. Our attorney will request additional information about your case and copies of important documents that will usually be attached as exhibits to your Malmquist Formula report. You should send all requested documents to our email info@malmquistformula.com. Once work is completed a draft of the Malmquist Formula report will be submitted for your review. Once approved the final original signed Malmquist Formula report will be delivered to your office.
